Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of InvisibleMsg's invisible Unicode character generation tools, copy-paste utilities, blank text generators, and all related services available at invisiblemsg.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read all three documents before using our tools.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
- "Service"The InvisibleMsg website, tools, generators, and related services for producing and copying invisible Unicode characters.
- "Software"Our character generation tools, code, and algorithms that power the Service.
- "Generated Content"The invisible Unicode characters produced by our Service when you use the generator.
- "User Content"Any text, data, or information you input into our Service.
- "Commercial Use"Use for business purposes, profit generation, or commercial advantage of any kind.
- "Personal Use"Non-commercial use by an individual for their own private purposes.
Grant of License
3.1 Free Service License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Service for the following:

- • Use characters in web forms and applications
- • Use characters for text formatting and creative purposes
3.2 Commercial Use
For commercial use — including integrating our tools into paid products, using our Service for business operations, or redistributing generated characters commercially — you must obtain explicit written permission. Contact us via [email protected] to discuss commercial licensing terms.
License Restrictions
Under this Agreement, you may not do any of the following:

- • Scrape or extract our character database
❌ Commercial Redistribution

- • Claim ownership of our software
- • Remove or modify copyright notices
- • Present our Service as your own creation
- • Use our branding or trademarks without permission

- • Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
- • Use automated tools to scrape our content excessively
- • Circumvent our security measures
- • Interfere with other users' access to our Service
Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Proprietary Rights
We retain full ownership of our Software, website content, design, branding, and the curated collection of Unicode character compatibility data that powers our Service.
5.2 Important: Unicode Characters Are Not Copyrightable
Unicode characters themselves — including Zero-Width Space (U+200B), Hangul Filler (U+3164), Braille Blank (U+2800), Non-Breaking Space (U+00A0), and all others — are part of the open Unicode standard and cannot be owned or copyrighted by anyone. You have full rights to use any character generated by our Service on any platform, for any purpose, without attribution to us.
5.3 Your Content
You retain full ownership of any text or data you input into our Service. We do not claim any rights over your input content. We process your input solely to deliver the requested character generation result and do not store or retain your input beyond what is needed.

Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specifically, we make no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service
- Compatibility of generated characters with all platforms or applications
- Specific outcomes from using generated characters on third-party platforms
- Compliance with third-party platform terms of service
License Duration and Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate this License at any time by stopping use of our Service. No cancellation steps are required for the free tier since no account or payment is involved.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, abuse our tools, engage in prohibited commercial use without permission, or violate applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use our Service ceases. However, any Unicode characters you have already generated and copied are yours to keep and use freely — Unicode characters themselves are not subject to this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvisibleMsg's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero for free tier users).
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, account suspensions on third-party platforms, formatting issues in third-party applications, or any outcome resulting from platform policy changes.
Special Provisions
Educational Use
Academic institutions and educators may use our Service freely for classroom instruction and research. Citation is appreciated but not required for Unicode characters themselves.
Open Source Projects
Non-commercial open source projects may freely reference and integrate our tool. Contact us if you need guidance on integration or want to collaborate.
Accessibility Projects
Projects focused on assistive technology and screen reader compatibility receive special consideration. We are committed to ensuring our characters work across accessibility tools.
Updates to This Agreement
We may update this License Agreement from time to time. For material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If you disagree with a material change, your remedy is to stop using the Service.
